Yes, I used the links shown in your example figure, but got "This site can’t be reached
". This happens for all the PhD theses.

Unfortunately, we do not manage the website where the theses are hosted, so we’re unable to resolve the issue preventing access to the resources.
Could you try accessing the main DIAL portal via the following link ?
If you’re trying to access a specific thesis, you might consider contacting the author directly for assistance.
