Here is the third problem I have:
I tried to run the sample code at Gitlab ([opentps_core/opentps/core/examples/doseComputation/photonPlanCreationAndDoseCalculation.py · master · Open-MCsquare / OpenTPS · GitLab) but I cannot import some of the module so the code is not working:
It may be because of the versions of the code, and please help.
Again, thank you very much for providing this platform and please help me to solve this issues.
