I have managed to generate a plan and in the part where the ‘compute beamlets’ is done and I have this error that says that the file Sparse_Dose.txt is not found, but the file Sparse_Dose.bin exists in the folder, I have tried everything but I have not achieved results.

It seems that the dose computation is not working as expected, but with the limited information provided, it’s difficult for us to help further.
Could you please share more details about your plan and how you defined your objectives? In particular, did you properly define your target?

I’m getting this same error. I’m using the GUI on Linux. How do I define my target (assuming that is my issue). I’m just testing things out, so I set the PTV and CTVs to min 55 Gy mean 50 Gy and some of the other organs to max 22 Gy.
In the latest OpenTPS release, you need to manually select the ROIs you want to use as targets in the objective panel. Please make sure you’re running the most recent version before trying again.
